Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages, project views, reading depth, outbound website clicks, opening Thredd, and successful contact or newsletter submissions. It receives public page addresses, public content labels, and general browser and device information. We also retain validated campaign labels (source, medium, campaign, and placement) from links we share, to understand which posts bring visitors here. Other query parameters are removed. Google processes network information to provide the service.
Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals are disabled. Your preference is stored in this browser; analytics cookies are set only after permission. You can change your choice at any time below. Withdrawing permission removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page.
Your words stay out of analytics
Names, email addresses, contact-message contents, birth details, account identifiers, and reflections are not included in our analytics events. The Thredd web app has no Google Analytics tag from this website setup. Its account and reflection services are separate from public-site measurement.
Correspondence and subscriptions
When you send a note, your email address and message are processed to deliver your correspondence and allow a reply. Newsletter forms use MailerLite to manage subscriptions. These services receive the information you intentionally submit to them, separately from Google Analytics.
Hosting and search
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and may process technical request information. Google Search Console reports how public pages appear in Google Search; it does not install a visitor-tracking tag on this site.
