SKIN1004: the little words inside the box.
I just wanna talk about the freakin packaging. Opening these boxes feels like a small introduction to the product.
Two ampoules, at different times of day
I use the Probio-Cica Intensive Ampoule at night and used the brightening one in the mornings. I abandoned the morning one halfway through because I wanted to try a different brand.
But I just wanna talk about the freakin packaging.
You open a flap, and there’s something to read

They’re using these tiny spaces for little word-details. As I open the box, I get “The gift from the untouched nature.” Then, on another flap: “From Madagascar.”
It’s such a small thing. The words aren’t all sitting on the outside asking for my attention at once. I come across them as I open the packaging.
A little bit of onboarding, before the bottle
I think this is a good way of onboarding someone to a physical product. The opening itself gives the words an order. There’s something to discover as I move through the flaps, before I even get to the bottle.
The brown-lined box uses the same words too. Different packaging, but that little introduction feels familiar.
The space is small. The timing does the work.
What I like is that they haven’t treated those inside surfaces as wasted space. They’ve put a few words where I’ll actually encounter them while opening the box.
I’m already doing the action. The packaging adds something to that moment. That’s the detail I wanted to talk about.
