My Tefici heating pad stopped working after five or six months.

It worked well until the remote stopped lighting up. Then it became another thing to sort out.

It worked. Then it didn’t.

The heating pad worked well for roughly five or six months. Then the remote stopped lighting up.

I don’t know which component failed. I only know that mine stopped working.

The old one lasted more than twenty years

We had an older heating pad that lasted more than twenty years. Its button eventually needed a harder press, but that’s a very different timeline.

That’s part of why this one was disappointing.

The return window had already closed

By the time it stopped working, the return window had closed. Now there was another task: find the order, find support, explain what happened, and see what could be done.

It was supposed to be something useful. Now I had to deal with it.

I haven’t resolved the warranty side

The listing I recorded advertised a three-year warranty. At the time of this account, I hadn’t contacted support or confirmed eligibility. There wasn’t a replacement or refund outcome to report.

I regretted buying it

The short working life was disappointing, and so were the waste and the effort of replacing it.

I don’t know why it failed. I’m not going to pretend I do. But the time I got out of it wasn’t what I expected.
