A reservation becomes a real visit.
The booking and reservation-desk system developed alongside Ballistic Indoor Golf. Public choices meet staff decisions, live availability, arrival, and session timing.
How does one reservation stay understandable on both sides of the desk?
Compatibility before commitment.
A bookable space must work for the group that arrives. Guest count, handedness, room availability, and visit timing belong together in the selection process. Customers can choose among the available spaces that fit their group.
Different people need different powers.
Customers need a clear booking and a way to request changes. Staff need to respond to walk-ins and the realities of the day. A request isn’t an accepted change: the existing reservation remains in place while staff review what is being asked.
Make the saved state believable.
Recent work addresses reservation overlays, consistent time controls, and explicit saving. A failed edit should preserve the draft. A success message should follow an accepted save. The timer belongs with its reservation so staff can see what it describes.
An operating tool, still under refinement.
The system has progressed through public booking and owner-workflow implementation. Release and recovery checks remain separate from interface completion. The opening image shows public booking captured September 27, 2026. The earlier green booking flow is preserved in the development log, with its superseded rates and capacity rules identified.
