Milestone 03 / Thredd
Bringing writing to the front
July 22, 2026 · A tabbed Ritual, a clearer save action, and a more explicit reading structure.
One Ritual, several ways in
The July captures make a different first impression. The red wordmark remains, but the screen has a pink-to-lilac field, rounded containers, and a floating bottom navigation. Inside Ritual, Reflect, Day’s Note, and Thread are now visible as separate tabs.
That is a noticeable change from the early May note. Writing has its own immediately visible position in the encounter. The prompt, text area, reassurance, and Save Reflection button are grouped together, with the day’s tone below them.
The action becomes more literal
The May writing screen used Weave New Thread. The July screen says Save Reflection. The newer label describes the action directly, while the larger Tapestry metaphor stays in the surrounding product. The prompt and a short response field also sit much closer together.
The daily Thread capture makes the relationship between today’s element and the personal reference element explicit. Beneath those symbols, the reading is divided into What We Noticed, Possible Friction, and Try This. The interpretation now has a visible sequence instead of asking one block of prose to do everything.
More structure, more interface
The added structure comes with more visible UI: pills, borders, icons, and cards. Looking at this beside May and September makes that trade-off clear. July explains its parts more directly; the later illustrated direction gives the encounter a different rhythm.
These July 22 screens document that intermediate state. They show a change in hierarchy and presentation, not a measured improvement in reflection habits or retention.
