Same photo. Am I actually buying the same thing?

The picture can look right while the selected size, quantity, or package is different.

I want to know what the listing is actually for

Brand, model, size, colour, quantity. A photo might show the whole product while the selected offer is for a refill or accessory.

The image alone isn’t enough for me to call two listings the same.

What else would I need?

I want to know what comes in the box. A cable, a plug, a memory card, a refill—if something else is needed before I can use it, that changes the purchase.

Who am I buying it from?

The storefront and the seller aren’t always the same thing. I want the seller and fulfilment details to be clear, along with the delivery estimate for the selected offer.

The final selection matters

The headline price doesn’t always describe the size or quantity I want. I want to see the selected version, delivery charges, currency, and total together.

I shouldn’t have to piece that information together.

And if it doesn’t work out?

The return window and return-shipping conditions belong in the decision too. If a missing detail would change whether I buy it, I’d rather get that answered first.
